Prince Charles of the United Kingdom and his former wife Princess Diana (who was killed in a car accident in Paris on the 31st of August, 1997) have been the subject of hundreds of stamp issues, both separately and individually. Following Diana's tragic death many countries released stamps featuring her and her past charity work.
